Refund policy
All Sales are final on ALL items.
We strive for excellence in everything with do especially customer service and quality products. Each item is inspected before it leaves us. However, we realize that sometimes things happen in shipping.
If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it for the same product. You must initiate the process within seven (7) days of receipt. You will have an additional seven (7) days for us to receive the item back. After 14 days from the point of delivery, no exchange shall be considered or accepted.
Buyer is responsible for contacting sheletarenee@gmail.com to initiate return process. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
To complete your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
