September is more than a new month it’s a sacred turning point. It invites us to pause, breathe deeply, and take stock of who we’ve become after everything we've walked through. It whispers, “You’ve changed” and this time, that’s something to be proud of.
As the warmth of summer fades and the structure of fall returns, many of us find ourselves shifting in spirit, in purpose, in identity. We are re-evaluating our priorities, recommitting to our dreams, and releasing anything that no longer serves the woman we are becoming.
That’s why this issue is titled “Becoming HER: Embracing the Evolved You.” It’s not just a theme it’s a declaration. A celebration of the woman you are right now, even if she looks nothing like the one you used to be. This is your permission to evolve without explanation, without apology, and without delay.
This month, we are honored to shine a much-deserved spotlight on a woman who embodies this beautifully: Karen Sutton. A breast cancer survivor, entrepreneur, foundation founder, and powerhouse of faith, Karen didn’t just overcome she evolved. She turned pain into purpose, created safe spaces for healing, and continues to be a light for women walking the same hard path she once walked. Her story is a reminder that becoming HER often starts after your world has been turned upside down. But God, He rebuilds better.
